fiberblaze provides financial education programmes for children and teenagers. Our services include:

3. Eligibility

Our services are designed for children and teenagers aged 7-18. Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the child.

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a programme, you must:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and the child
  • Select an appropriate programme
  • Complete the enrollment form
  • Pay the programme fee

4.2 Payment Terms

Programme fees must be paid in full before the start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the programme start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before the start date
  • No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the start date
  • We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Disrupt or interfere with the website or services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Collect or harvest personal information of other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Programme Participation

6.1 Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Attend sessions punctually
  • Participate respectfully
  • Complete assigned activities
  • Treat instructors and other students with courtesy

6.2 Attendance

Regular attendance is important for programme effectiveness. If a student misses more than two sessions, we may not be able to provide the full educational benefit, though no refund will be provided.

6.3 Rescheduling

Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our programmes, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of fiberblaze and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your enrolled programme.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials
  • Use our materials for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Share programme materials with non-enrolled individuals
